My expertise spans asset management, fundraising through IPOs, ADRs, and bonds, as well as structured finance in collaboration with institutions such as the EBRD, IFC, and World Bank. Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in achieving Kazakhstan’s debut sovereign rating, securing international funding, and driving strategic investments in key industries. Additionally, I have been involved in Kazakhstan’s sovereign fundraising efforts and led investment projects in both the public and private sectors.
